Store4Agent ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account information — email address used to create and log in to your account
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never store your card details
  • Agent inputs — messages and instructions you send to your AI agent

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — feature usage, API call frequency, error logs
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, referring URLs
  • Session data — authentication tokens stored in secure HTTP-only cookies

Third-party integrations

When you connect messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord), we receive your platform user ID and display name solely to identify you for authorisation purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • To authenticate you and protect your account
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send transactional emails (OTP codes, receipts, service notices)
  • To diagnose technical issues and monitor service health
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your agent conversations to train AI models.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), HTTP-only cookies, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Agent conversation data and files are stored in an isolated container environment dedicated to your account. Other users cannot access your agent's data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Store4Agent:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management (Stripe Privacy Policy)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Telegram / Discord — optional messaging integrations you choose to connect

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your agent data (conversation history, files, settings) is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to certain processing activities

7. Cookies

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from logging in to the Service.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
