Terms of Service

Store4Agent provides AI agent infrastructure on a subscription basis. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The Service uses large language models to generate responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content and for any decisions made based on it. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Store4Agent and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your input solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Store4Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
